LINKYKNOXVILLE — A Curtis Road homeowner shot and seriously wounded a burglar early this afternoon, according to the Knox County Sheriff's Office.
The burglar was hit twice with a 12-gauge shotgun.
Suspect Christopher Wayne Reno's wounds, which include an injury to the buttocks area, "appear to be serious," KCSO Chief Deputy Eddie Biggs said.
Despite those wounds, the burglar ran out of the house and was driven away in a car driven by a companion who then abandoned him outside the McDonald's Restaurant on Millertown Pike.
"People say he just pushed him out of the car," Biggs said.........

LOL!!!! Great friends he has, the driver didn't even bother dumping him outside the hospital (perhaps even in the parking lot if he was afraid of cameras). I wonder if this cured him of trying to burglarize any more houses????
I wonder if he got hit with 00 buch, number 4 buck, or perhaps even ROCK SALT???? LOL!!! Two rounds of rock salt to the ass from moderate range would certainly screw up your holiday weekend!! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!

Technically the two rounds did stop the intruder but certainly failed to immediately incapacitate him. Most likely a loads of bird shot were used. That being the case, I'm sure he's gonna enjoy all of those little pellets making their way to the surface. I'm sure the 100's of pustules and boils over the next few weeks will help him reconsider his career options for the future.
I'll wager that he'll be the butt

Maybe he thought his "friend" had Asperger's, since his rump got turned into ground beef.308Mike wrote:LOL!!!! Great friends he has, the driver didn't even bother dumping him outside the hospital (perhaps even in the parking lot if he was afraid of cameras)...![]()

There was an account posted over on Warriortalk yesterday concerning birdshot. The poster's friend's dad was held up in their store, and one of the goblins shot him in the chest with birdshot from a 20 gauge. He was able to return fire with a .380, hitting one of the robbers. The store owner (71 years old) is expected to live.

I hope the goblin didn't, and went out on a slab instead of a gurney.Netpackrat wrote:There was an account posted over on Warriortalk yesterday concerning birdshot.
