Jewelry store owner 2 goblins 0

Post by mousegun »

Four goblins try robbing a Wilmington Ca. jewelry store: 1 DOA, one critically wounded and arrested, 1 arrested, and 1 on the loose. What is so nice is this is a not so nice part of LA county, and you don't hear them villianizing the store owner. The Dailysleeze is keeping it real.

+1,000 to the store owner for a four on one with him taking two down outright with no innocent bystanders hit.

And once again I'd love to have a picture of the faces of the two in custody when the "Felony Murder" rule is explained to them.
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".

Me too. That would be priceless. Damn shame the store owner didn't get a twofer though.

Does California have a Felony Murder statute? If so, progress is really being made.

Oh yeah, the last case that I was a juror on was for attempted murder. The two choir boys on rial were not the ones that stabbed the vicitm.

That's been on our books for at LEAST 30+ years.
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.

I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad
