USMC 245th birthday today

Post by D5CAV »

Happy birthday Jarheads!

Tanks may be too complicated for you jarheads to figure out, but we appreciate fellow men of the soil.

US Army has more in common with our brothers-of-the-soil in the USMC than swabbies and flyboys.

I remind my USN friends that their job is to maintain supply shipments, and I remind my USAF friends that their job is to provide air support, all for the US Army.

At least USMC is in the trenches with us.

On this day in 1775 in Tun's Tavern, the first Marine to sign up turned to the second one and said "Let me tell you how it was in the Old Corps"

Happy Birthday Devil Dogs!
...even before I read MHI, my response to seeing a poster for the stars of the latest Twilight movies was "I see 2 targets and a collaborator".
