FORT LEWIS, Wash. — A combat medic will be awarded the Distinguished Service Cross in a ceremony at Fort Lewis.
Staff Sgt. Christopher Waiters, 26, evacuated two injured soldiers and attempted to rescue a third who died in a burning armored vehicle in April 2007 in Iraq.

Linkarooni - since the DSC is right below the CMH (MoH), the second highest military award for valor, it's a big deal.
POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON
A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.
