Well, the usual freakouts are happening. Leftists mad the shooter missed, GOP handwringing, currently unknown shooter who I will guess was known to the authorities once information gets released, and probably some call for gun bans.

I did not have this on my bingo card for 2024.

After that debate, EVERYBODY knew the democrats, as is, are shit.

If it was a hit, or just some TDS nutcase doing what they do, I don't think too many are suprised this happened.

Secret Service should have had their own men on that rooftop, but it sounds as though the Biden admin has given Trump the bare minimum of SS coverage that it could get away with, despite repeated requests from the Trump campaign for additional security resources. With predictable results.

I just read that some Secret Service had been diverted from the Trump Rally to protect... Jill Biden. Facepalm.

Well shit. Can't do rallies, can't play golf anymore. Guess he'll have to learn to play Minecraft.

After the second attempt, I'm convinced the FBI uses people they previously entrapped to carry out assassinations and mass shootings.

Well it worked for the Whitmer "Kidnapping."

There was a similar truck bomb attempt in my hometown years ago where a guy got forced by his FBI handlers into trying to set off a fake truck bomb in front of our federal courthouse. I don't think the guy ever got a chance to say "no" or "I quit" to his handlers.

Best moment in American politics: convicted "felon", dodged bullets, worked at McDonalds, drove a garbage truck, and now President.

I'm still surprised that he won. I expected way more fuckery.
