Is it customary, when arresting 31 members of a purported extremist group, to leave them masked after cuffing them? I see three possibilities:
1. This is nothing special, and I am merely naive and possibly paranoid.
2. This smells.
3. This not only smells but also glows.

Uh, that other forum* had a thread on this, and there were photos posted of the detained with their masks pulled off. It is apparently "Patriot Front", a white nationalist group.
