Assuming he's not the pieces-parts found in the blast debris.

It's kinda how I would do it, to send a message to TPTB......
Sooo... Ft. Sumter?
That, or a disgruntled former employee who decided to "go out in a blaze of glory", and didn't want to hurt other people.

The thing is about people who do this sort of thing, figuring a coherent set of reasons for their actions is often impossible.

It's getting stranger and stranger.

Commenter in Newsweek posted pics that are purported to be still frames from a street video camera at the location. In them, the explosion seems to not come from the RV, and there are reports that the building's windows were blown OUT, not IN.

As I said, stranger and stranger.

And, it's the Internet: where men are men, women are transgendered men, and hot 15yr old girls are actually FBI agents...............

Aaand Patsy. Because time of death is really, really hard to determine from piece-parts left on scene, absent facts not in evidence. Guy who drove the VBIED into a police checkpoint adjacent to one of our Iraqi Army checkpoints? One moving car, one set of piece-parts, ToD = Time of incident. For this one, not such a clean timeline.

SWMBO noted someone had pointed a finger at that location as a site for forensic analysis of Dominion voting machines which had been moved there last week. Which would jive with the ‘windows blown out’ observation with the RV as a cover story. But again, at D+48hrs, we’re still inside fog-of-war reporting. Timing couldn’t be better to bury the whole thing as ‘some kook with a grudge’ and move on to ‘OMGz! Moar COVIDz!?!’ in the next news cycle.

Seems unlikely, he has been giving away his stuff and his last words to his neighbor were "you will remember me". Seems more like an elaborate suicide to me.
