They consider them firearms - illegally made in transfered. So you can either turn it over, or you can have them come back with a warrant, a seat team, and the 5'oclock news crew, where they will sieze the firearm and it owner, where you will have a pile of charges against you. They know they're on shaky ground with this shit, so any nail that sticks up, will get hammered down. Sure you stand a good chance of winning in court.. after spending vast sums of money, and having your namedragged through the mud. They know this, that's why they ask you to turn it over. I don't think so. From what I read today it looks like they are going after them for shipping it all in the same box. If it came in two boxes they would be fine.

Or you could be like a guy in Jersey that called up since he got a box of silencers in the mail by accident. Turns them in and goes to jail.
