Chinese capital flows are going out of the country at the same time they claim that they are running a positive current account balance on imports, which is a nice way of saying that they are lying...

It is about 100B in one month at a time when supposedly there are tight limits on capital out flow and it would make no sense if the official numbers were anywhere close to reality.

If you are looking for a sea change moment, this is not it nor does the author suggest it is. It is however another data point that it is coming.
