Every time Louisiana gets hit by a hurricane, there are a few cases of folks killing themselves with generators. To include burning down the house by refueling a running gasoline-fueled generator that is sitting in the garage(spilling the fuel on the motor). Or running it inside the house where it can't be stolen(carbon monoxide poisoning).
