Not only in criminal court, but back in family court, where having assets to marshal for one's defense is the entire raison d'etre for facing a suit in the first place.

Regardless, this started as a quest to extort money via family court, which taints all subsequent allegations.
When your first call is to a divorce lawyer rather than detectives at the local constabulary, your priorities are pretty messed up.
If despite that hurdle, he turns out to be guilty of the allegations and worse besides, hanging himself is still the best option in the case.
As Dennis Miller publicly advised Mikey Jackson back at the first round of similar allegations, "lean into the pitch and take one for the team".
When you're in jail, and people start sending you ropes baked into cakes rather than files, listen to your heart.

Another woman has come forward with allegations against former “Sons of Guns” star Will Hayden, prompting East Baton Rouge Sheriff’s Detectives Monday to add forcible rape to the list of charges the 49-year-old is facing.

The victim told detectives she was allegedly raped 22 years ago—when she was 12 years old—while she was staying with the Hayden family at their apartment.

A source with the police told us though there has been speculation that Hayden’s older daughter Stephanie Hayden Ford was making claims against him, the woman who came forward to them is not Ford.

Hayden is still in custody and being held on $250,000 bond.

He was arrested on Aug. 8 for molestation of a juvenile and aggravated crimes against nature for allegedly raping another 12-year-old victim “daily.” Various media outlets at the time reported that the girl who reported the sexual abuse was his daughter. Police told FOX411 they could not comment on the girl’s identity because she is a minor.

A rep for Stephanie Hayden Ford told FOX411 she was not going to comment on the allegations against her father at this time. She will be appearing on Dr. Phil McGraw's show on Thursday, and a press release for the show promises that during the episode "Ford makes new allegations against her father."

"I decided to appear on 'Dr. Phil' to tell my story exclusively because I know he would take it seriously," she said in a statement. "With my father now in jail, everyone in my family and in our company are now talking openly for the first time. I have nothing to gain from this exclusive interview, but to begin living in truth and getting help for myself and my sister. I just pray that our story will somehow prevent another victim from staying silent."

I read a few days ago that Stephanie, the daughter who was on the TV show, had changed her tune and now also claimed abuse. This one, outside the family, will really snug the noose.

AYUP - apparently it just gets deeper and deeper. Now it seems they are acknowledging he's been molesting them for YEARS.

NOT a good scene for him or his company.

But it appears that whatever work they had going on has NOTHING to do with him and will be completed ON TIME and to the customer's satisfaction (since the perv didn't have anything to do with the guns and modification processes at all - they are able to get along JUST FINE without his ass)!! Theyh certainly appear to work JUST FINE without his playing conductor all the time on the TV show.

Personally, I hope the business THRIVES and even GROWS once he's gone. That'll just show how much he was screwing up the company WHILE messing within his "relative-staff"!! That they were able to get beyond the abuse, is a testament to her strength along with her management ability to keep the place running while DICKHEAD is in the "Gray-Bar Hotel"!!!

I might even give them an order while he's in the POKEY!! Just to show that HE'S **NOT** the one in charge!!!
