Heavy manufacturing? They can't even (famously) make a #2 pencil. Their so-called economies
are virtually 100% unproductive in any external sense. They have indigenous service industries,
and some agriculture, but that's about it. They live on extraction revenues (all the work being
done by westerners), and handouts from the EU and others (including us). They got nothin'.
