The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

Well I've made a casual study and it seems crazy people raise crazy children . There are harmless crazy and dangerous crazy , the problem is separating the dangerous from those who might become dangerous ? If enough crazies snap then the populace at large may start killing them to protect themselves and their families. I'm trying to figure out when I need to run for a different country. ...... BWAahahahahaahha.

I'd wager many of these folks have been running at redline and low reserve capacity in terms of brain function and mitochondrial energy. Throw in some additional inflammation and thickening of blood to reduce blood flow and "Voila!"

Calls to mind Dr. Daniel Amen of The Amen Clinics talking about brain reserve capacity.
Approximately, it's all about blood flow. Trauma (concussive, physical and emotional), toxic exposure (substance abuse, mold, whatever) reduce blood flow and function in different parts fo the brain and can increase (over)activity in other parts of the brain. e.g. Trauma putting brain into constant state of highly elevated sympathetic nervous system, aka Fight of Flight mode.

He pioneered the use of SPECT scans for mapping brain health and with 100K+ scans now has correlated bloodflow/activity patterns with specific mental and emotional health. 3 family members have been to his OC clinic for SPECT scans. For my Jarhead son the results of that (paid almost $4K out of pocket) broke the logjam with the VA to get him classified. Amen Clinic SPECT scans and database correlating imaging to diagnosis indicated TBI induced major depressive disorder and PTSD diagnosis. Lots of dark areas to go along with his damaged discs and cerebral spinal fluid leaks.
