Only about 10% of the speech got much comment in the MSM, the part about the super-kool WMDs, but the rest is pretty good, as political speeches go. Vlad certainly presents better than harridans and metro-sexuals who make up the leadership in the rest of the world. Russia appears to have avoided any 65-IQ Maxine Waters equivalents in it's government.
