if you have been denied in the past 3 years, you have 60 days to re-apply...
so we can deny you again
but make it look like a different reason.

Oh, no, they'll grant it.
You can't go on a public transit with a gun, going into any establishment without a sign saying it's permissable is now a felony, and, oh, the entire times square area is a "sensitive area" so if you step foot in it, you've committed a felony.
They've solved the issue by making the permit worthless

couldn't read on NYT, but found it elsewhere. So he followed common sense and Bruen to strip them of the OBVIOUSLY unconstitutional parts. Good for him.

I fully expect it to be over turned by a higher court.
Meanwhile, Orthodox Jews are suing over the no ccw in house of worship aspect..

Louisiana's CCW law has a good exception for the ban on CCWing in churches/temples/mosques/etc. To do so, the CCW carrier can get permission from the church's governing body, and take an additional 8 hrs hands-on training.
I think it is a good compromise.

No reason to ban carry on a church, and every reason to carry in one.
I think the Jews stored weapons with the Ark/in the Temple
