When a prosecutor does a facepalm during their star witness' testimony...

Kudos to the witnesses for telling the whole truth.

And then the media doesn't tell the truth.

Legal Insurrection is covering it quite nicely each day with video clips and commentary on how it looks for both sides.

Ol' Remus's repeated advice comes to mind.
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D

The same witness who said his one regret was not unloading ng the entire mag into Rittenhouse's face when he had the chance?

He's a shit bag, just like the other two.

He has a conviction for intoxication with use of a firearm
. He got a DUI charge dismissed probably because he's the star witness in this case..

And oh, he got caught prowling around police parking lots videoing licence plates.

He affiliated with called "the People's Revolution"

And oh, he's suing the city of Kenosha for 10 million dollars. He may be deliberately tanking his testimony.

Frankly, he should be in prison.

Whatever his reasons for testifying the way that he did, he's probably going to end up in prison one way or another. The prosecution isn't going to forget it, so his next encounter with the law (and with the activities you describe, there's probably going to be a next time) is likely to be of a more lasting nature.

Be a shame if he tragically fell up some stairs.
