Odds are against it ever happening, but I'm for it. They could bury an ASMR (hell, Toshiba had a design looked pretty good 15 years ago) in my back yard in exchange for lifetime rebated electricity and lifetime exemption from property taxes (I am bearing some risk, after all ).
