Biden Gun Ban Regulation

Here's the regulations .gov webpage. I believe that the Administrative Procedure Act requires agencies to respond to comments, so, every comment can help in future litigation.

I may have invoked Smith v. United States for my definition of readily - 8 hours with a machine shop means something is "readily" converted to a machine gun.

Also, why does he not want black people to have lumber?

In 8 hours, I can make a side plate for a m2 hb from barstock, if I have a good dxf to start with. By that rational, every metal supplier in the US is illegally selling machine guns.
