TX Senate passes Constitutional Carry

Still too liberal a State for me if it ever comes to leaving CA. ;)

I kind of doubt if they want any more Californians anyway.

I thought if you built a 60' wall around Austin, then filled it with water, Texas would be considered pretty conservative.
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D

Don’t need a 50ft wall around Houston to fill it with water. Just wait for a cat 1 to make landfall.
