There is precedent for this. The people who did the census of the Soviet Union circa 1938 went to the gulags, in part because no one warned them that the number they were supposed to hit was 16 million higher because so many people had been sent to the gulags.
So far this loyal Harvard professor doesn't have to worry about winding up in North Dakota or the north slope of Alaska.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

He might well be closer to America in North Dakota or Alaska

Nothing new. This always happens when a negro tries to escape the plantation. Hound him down with dogs (media), then public flogging.

It was almost 30 years ago that Clarence Thomas barely escaped the plantation.

CT was always off the plantation, that was just the Left's attempt to destroy him because of it.

Hey, that’s where I’m at right now, and let me tell you that it is nice to be thousands of miles away from all the hyper PC bullshit of “greater” America...

You'd think Harvard would applaud his research results: the woke is workin'. They've put the brakes on those racist po-po.
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D

I'm sorry, It was just the most remote place I could think of that would probably be painful for the Leftists of New York and Washington to be banished to. The Farallon Islands are always my first choice because of the great white sharks that congregate there, but I think there are too many leftists to put there (of course in the long run over crowding might encourage the sharks ;) :o  ).
