Won't happen, he has too much money in his war chest. He had to spend over 10-million in sleazy attack adds in the last primary to keep his job.
I thought he was retiring. He certainly isn't shy.
The use of the word "but" usually indicates that everything preceding it in a sentence is a lie.
E.g.:
"I believe in Freedom of Speech, but". . .
"I support the Second Amendment, but". . .

POLITICIANS & DIAPERS NEED TO BE CHANGED OFTEN AND FOR THE SAME REASON

A person properly schooled in right and wrong is safe with any weapon. A person with no idea of good and evil is unsafe with a knitting needle, or the cap from a ballpoint pen.

I remain pessimistic given the way BATF and the anti gun crowd have become tape worms in the guts of the Republic. - toad

Who would likely replace him? I'm assuming it's a seat that should not be difficult for the Repubs to retain?

After the giant smear campaign against him J.D Hayworth is probably out. Matt Salmon probably thinks he deserves is, but he just got back into congress. Possibly State Attorney General Tom Horne.

I don't see McCain retiring any time soon though.
