Since you seem to be the expert, is she as clueless as these "unnamed sources" are alleging? She doesn't know where Africa is? She doesn't know the countries of North America? I refuse to believe anyone can be THAT clueless and still be a governor. Of course I've been wrong before.
I don't see how she could be that stupid, but I've been wrong before. I don't think the problem is with McCain, so much as his campaign staff. Since they most likely want to be part of a 2012 campaign, they are trying to shift the blame to Palin and away from themselves, for running a shitty campaign. As for Palin not reciprocating in the badmouthing, she wants a future in the party on the national level. I will do my part to see she doesn't get the chance, not because I blame the loss on her (I think she helped more than she hurt McCain), but because I think she is a horrible governor and would make a bad president. I would also prefer not to see her go to the senate, because she would be more worried about running for president than representing Alaska.

Hell she can't be as bad as McCain would have been or Bush was.

This may sound odd, but that's really not all that bad. You see, I have two Senators who seem to be more concerned with the concerns of the people of this state than any "what's best for the country long term" national issues. That seems, on the surface, to be a positive. It works for getting them re-elected, and they are Republicans, but I've learned it is not what is really best. My Senators: RINOs Susan Collins and Olympia Snowe - hate 'em, love 'em, hate 'em. Changes every week.
What was my choice this week? Susan Collins or moonbat statist and former Rep. Tom Allen (NRA grade F). So I voted for the RINO, just like in the national election. It sucks.

Frankly, I'm sick of the social conservatives. I am, socially, very conservative. I belong to probably one of the most conservative Protestant denominations -- but I'm sick of seeing every GOP candidate trying to come off as some half-assed pastor.

The school yard bullies, hall monitors, and and envious %&%* need to be run out of politics, and told to move on w. their lives.

Reagan increased taxes, and supported gun control when he was CA Gov.

There are no perfect candidates.
