Obviously the fact that blacks are arrested more often for crimes is racism, and not the fact that they actually commit more crimes.

I seriously don't understand how people like that think. Before you go levying charges of racism, wouldn't you want to ask whether or not a certain group of people actually does commit crimes at a higher rate?
