Someone who... ah.... thinks that... um... Osamabama um... ah... speaks well without ummm... a teleprompter must... um... not have seen him trying to.. ah... answer a question that his.. ahh... handlers- um.. er.. that is.. speechwriters... haven't.. ahhh... prepared him for.
(Slight exaggeration, but that basically is what he sounds like when he's speaking from something that wasn't prepared.)
