Biden: Hillary better

Post by Rod »

Gawd, does this get any better? http://blogs.abcnews.com/politicalradar ... ary-a.html

Could it be possible that, like some are saying, Biden is setting himself up to drop out and suggest Hillary take his place?

I doubt it, I think he was doing whatever he could to quash any thoughts about her not being qualified, and question he might have to answer regarding her. If Biden doesn't want the job, he can't just step aside and stick Hitlery into it, there's all kinds of party politics involved, AND I don't think she wants to play second fiddle to a guy with FAR less experience than she has.

Offering her the VP would almost be an insult.

Hillary stepping in now would be worse than keeping Biden in... and she knows it.

the key is, the electoral college can elect anyone they want. so in theory they could elect obama/clinton even though they had nominated biden...

if mccain looses, i hope that they do pull this because i really want to see the dimmocratic party rip itself apart.
