They have said as much and I am going to take them at their word. Who started what and when is immaterial at this point...they need to be destroyed before they have a chance to destroy us. It's just that simple.

I've lived long enough to absorb this basic truth: the US is too large and too strong to destroy in just 4 years. Or even in 8.
I think Den Beste is probably right, and I certainly hope he is. However, I also think that the coffeehouses of Vienna in 1913 were wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling with confident Habsburg subjects saying the exact same thing between bites of linzertorte.

Yes, we survived Nixon, Carter, and Clinton, as he points out. But the rot in the foundations started long before, and have we repaired all the damage from those years? Have we repaired any of it?

I have a different perspective on Israel destruction by Russia. I believe in Scripture and it is clear Israel doesn't get wiped out. But there is a war, a big one. It takes six months just to bury the dead!!! If people thinks this is out there, think of this fact, in all of history Russia has never had an alliance with Iran, the old Persian Empire. It does now and that was stated in clear print 3000 years ago.
