Doesn't everyone love shooting lawyers? There's Mr Cheney, and me, and Rule10b and Ben, and Aglifter and JAG...

NPR, don't let us stop you from beating on libs.
The avalanche has already started. It is too late for the pebbles to vote.

You guys aren't the right people to take it out on, but somebody goes and makes a comment to the effect of "who really cares about what Alaskans think, they don't matter anyway" and it sets my blood to boiling, hence my undignified response. It's bad enough knowing that most of the US looks at us that way, along with viewing Alaska as nothing but a big national park that has to be "saved" from us. A local friend on another forum asked what was up when I was beating up on one of the resident libs there, not because I cared, but because I could, so I guess I could probably stand to chill a bit.
Apology accepted. ;)

I was just kidding around, and thought you were to, until your later follow-up. The reality is that I have thought often about living in Alaska, and have a lot of respect for the state and the people there...and my 1st ex-wife was born and raised in Anchorage.

The exception proves the rule? We don't have to shoot them all.

I know we need lawyers. What we don't need is legal predators.

The question in my mind, is would it be more effective to selectively target the crooked ones among their ranks, or just shoot every third lawyer or so?

just shoot every third lawyer or so?
Let's keep it on the safe side. 9 out of 10 should do.

To really be on the safe side, just shoot at the ones who won't know how to shoot back...
