We went down to the McCain/Palin campaign headquarters today to get bumper stickers. WSLS, one of the local channels was requesting interviews outside the HQ.

My wife consented, so after we collected our tickets for the visit on 27th (they ran out of bumper stickers) we spoke to the news guy. Given that my wife is Alaskan-born, and that he'd met no one from Alaska, we figure she's got a good shot at making the early evening news. They did some follow on recording (look natural, don't look at the camera), then took a close up of our "I'm from Alaska too!" sticker in the back window.

So if you do happen to be watching, and they show a tall lady who talks about being Alaskan, the idiot to her left will be yours truly I'll post the link if they put it online, and anyone's interested in seeing my ugly mug

As an interesting side note, he mentioned he'd been badly treated by the people who'd visited the Obama HQ before his visit. I apologized for the crappy treatment he'd received. Seems like us McCain/Palin peeps are a better sort.
