Can we create a "Recent Posts" section at the bottom of the forum page?

At another forum I visit they have a section that is really handy.
It lists the last 20 or so posts, like this.

Section: Thread: User: Time:
(Rifles) Re: Help me pick an AR-15 ... by moose42 on Today at 02:58:08 PM

Can we do something like that with this forum software?

Click. Should be what you want.
