Changing your screen name?

Chris or one of the mods, would you be able to help me with a tech problem related to the forum? I have found out, after google-ing my screen name(I'm bored 
), the #1 hit is for some racist @$$clown's website by the same name. Is changing a screen name possible or would I need to "un-join" and then start a new account? I'd like to still be attached to my old post if possible, but if not it is something I'll need to live with. I'm working on a small project and would rather not have someone track me back to a screen name(that I started using YEARS ago on KDT's blog) that will show up as this miscreant on a simple search.
