Colonel Bogey March. Biden lyrics.

I've been trying to adapt the Colonel Bogey March to what appears to be our new administration.
I'm having trouble with the third line. "Harris has two but they are small" really wrote itself, but for "Something Simla' has me at a complete loss,

That works. Not quite as natural as Himmler, but then Schumer rhymes with tumor, not Simla.
