Help - Google has failed me -- Update >>FOUND<<

I was thinking about a short film I saw on the net sometime in the last 1-3 years.
It was about a young guy who takes an entry level job as a security guard/minion for a large corporation which turns out to be run by a James Bond type villain. He has to watch boring training films, gets an ill-fitting uniform, and is generally taken advantage of by the more experienced employees.
I remember one scene in particular where he's up on a roof with two other guards. One of them is sitting in a chair, pointing a rifle at a courtyard, repeatedly saying, " request to engage." He turns to the new guy and says, "Do me a favor and say, release to engage." He says it, and the guy immediately shoots someone walking across the courtyard.
I think it was something like 8 to 10 minutes long, with very good production values. Someone here must remember it?
