Yeah I have to agree, you could drain Lynchburg TN and still be too sober to do that.

Methinks Factfind is referring to a specific area of Lynchburg, that which produces the nectar of the lesser gods - Tennessee Sippin' Whiskey. the whole stretch of drive from the interstate all the way to lynchberg is right through some of the most drug infested areas of the south east ive ever seen outside of ghettos in big cities.
