Ah yes, the day when people who aren't Irish pretend to be Irish by drinking Irish car-bombs.
I have a bottle of Jameson's Black Barrel Reserve at home, maybe a bit of that would be nice tonight.

Meh. St. Patrick and I have two things in common.
1. Our first names are Patrick
2. Neither of us are/were even a little bit Irish

Got some Bushmill's Black Bush and wife made soda bread for her tea Sunday. I'll have the bread with the red beans and rice w/andoulle sausage then imbibe a couple of fingers of the Black Bush.

I will most likely be chasing some black bush later this evening as well, but I suspect we are talking about two entirely different things.

Before going out the door to work this morning dear wife piled her 11qt crockpot full of corned beef, cabbage and red potatoes, and set the timer for 8 hours at high. Looking forward to smelling that when I come thru the door tonight.
