Actually, it's not nearly as bad as you might think. Sure, the trap shuts on his arm and reacts in pain, but there's nor gore or screaming (which in itself a tremendous feat - IMHO). If that trap had shut on MY arm, I'd be screaming to high heaven to get it off!!! On the other hand, I wouldn't have hit the trap trigger with my own fist to see how it felt. DOH!!!!!

From what I recall, it was only while they were removing the trap that one of his arm bone broke (but I didn't hear it snap).

I don't think I could have taken that amount of pain without either passing out or with drugs. He's an IDIOT, but his system does NOT register pain like most people (quite obviously). That's both good and bad (another discussion). That kind of pain tolerance could get you in a LOT of trouble REAL fast by not being able to recognize certain situations when you should back off (but don't).

I've seen folks like that before - and they tend to die an early, violent death. Just MY OWN observation. YMMV!!!

I feel gyped. I wanted to see the holes in his arm.
