Here in WV it is legal to pick up road kill, but you have to get a permit. Doubt it's legal to serve in a restaurant tho.

Wow, it's actually seems to be true this time.
The "Chinese restaurants serves questionable meat" story has been around for decades as an urban legend. It seems to be popping up every time a Chinese place opens up in a town where there hasn't been one before, and there's also variants for some other type of restaurants.
Interesting to actually see the story for real. Though according to the video linked, the restaurants claims they were planning to take it home, and weren't going to serve it to customers.
