Just found out that David Wesbrook's famous stockmaking book is now back in print - last I heard you can get it from Wolfe Publishing for $54, or order it through B&N

Also, Mark Stratton just came out with the 7th Edition of his Metalsmithing book - $80 bucks + $10 shipping. I believe you have to order it from him though.
