If that metal roof is the type with exposed screws you'll need to change out the rubber washers as they harden and crack. I don't see any pics of the pole barn. Some of the places we looked at said they had a barn/garage/building etc. and it was just a falling apart wreck.

Not something we ended up having to deal with but I was told if the listing says barn some lenders won't do a residential loan since that makes it a farm/commercial. I could be remembering incorrectly as the bank didn't have any issues with the metal building/garage we ended up with.

Thoughts?
21 acres? Oh yeah...

Not just "21 acres" but "21 acres of relatively flat ground, with at least a third cleared".

Remember, this is hill country, where forest is the norm. I've seen large lots before relatively cheap, because only 10% of it was flat enough to build on..

Property with pre-made backstops is not such a bad thing.

I would rather have hills and trees myself. Both are hard to find in the part of Indiana I moved to 3 years ago. πŸ€·β€β™‚οΈ

Besides the view advantage, it takes a lot more acreage to get privacy when you cannot locate your house behind a hill and trees.

Of course it's "right-wing code" for profanity. But it's as difficult a code to break as pig latin. What a bunch of dimwits. I guess they'd much rather we just say FJB the way they said (and had little kids holding signs that said) F Trump.
Note to self: start reading sig lines. They're actually quite amusing. :D

Uh, "hill" might be better translated as "small mountain".

I've looked at property of similar size, where only 2 acres were usable, and much of it wasn't even conventionally walkable - angles greater than 45 degrees on the incline.

Nevermind Let's Go Brandon was created by the media as cover for what people were/are actually saying. So this is on them, not on the ones saying Let's Go Brandon. They are being mocked. As they should be. Like the "Why So Socialist" Obama Joker images that started showing up on powerpoles and the sides of buildings.

Mockery is the one thing they can't hold up under. It's like water to the Wicked Witch of the West.

The mockery of the press is half of the beauty of it.
