Actually, that's similar to my daily commute (which is how I know the Pascack Valley goes to Pearl River). Each morning I drive to the train station, get on a Pascack Valley line train to Hoboken, take the Path to the World Trade Center, and the subway into Brooklyn. Then reverse it going home. Door to door time if nothing goes wrong is a hair over an hour-and-a-half (each way). I've had days when LOTS went wrong.
