Actually It is not uncommon. It is one of the fastest ways to get your opponent onto his back. No I have never done it or had it done, but several wrestling coaches will tell about this illegal but effective move.

If someone did that to me, I'd wait 'til he he was walking back enjoying his victory. Then, I'd jump on his face and violently tea-bag him through my clothes while he screamed like the little cheating bitch he is.

Then I'd get on the public address system and say that he begged me to do it to him like I did it to his mother the night before.
And may I say, from a moral point of view, I think there can be no justification for shoving snack cakes up your action.
