Usually I'm helicopter guy for taking care of tyrants, but a buff would be able to accommodate more of them per trip, so that'll work.

The mosquitos sure seem to think so, although they were not awful last time. That was the first trip of the year; the ice doesn't go out until early June most years. About half the driving time compared to the place AlaskaTRX and I used to have out at McCarthy, so even with the boat ride it is still faster to access from Anchorage. When I started last year, there was nothing there. Now I have a comfy 8x12 bunkhouse with sleeping loft. I'll probably get serious about building the cabin in a couple of years.
