Caprica movie review

So, I rented Caprica from Netflix, and watched it last night. Not bad. They will have to edit heavily for TV, though.
The nudity and simulated sex is net necessary to advance the story.
Lots of little setups for the series in 2010.

Seems there was quite a bit of conflict between the colonies.
And a nascent mono-theistic movement.
The colonial goverment had to put down a revolt on one colony years before.
The colony where the Adamas came to Caprica from.
The Grayson family lives in what looks like the house Gaius Baltar lived in later. Grayson is working on a military combat robot, that needs an AI.
He has one stolen from a competing colony.
Once Grayson gets the the robot to work, he gives a name to the type.
Cybernetic Life Node (close enough) or Cylon for short. Looks just like an early model toaster.
So, if you need a BSG fix, this will have to hold you for a while.

It may not be, but then it's not like most of us wouldn't enjoy it.
