Did I miss something? Isn't Hera's mother (the now dead?) Callie? And when did Tyrell and Sharon/Boomer become an item?

Callie and Tyrell (supposedly) had a boy, but didn't they reveal some other dude was actually the boy's father a few episodes back? Hera's parents are Helo and one of the Grace Park jobs... Tyrell and Boomer were an item the first two seasons.

For all the talk about how wonderful that angstfest is... every time its discussed it sounds like a soap opera my Grandma used to watch when she played sitter for us... nattering at the screen and saying 'shameless hussy' at her favorite characters.

I think it comes down to the fact that the writers didn't have a long-term plan. After the New Caprica thread wound up, things just didn't make sense. Kind of like the X-Files...nothing behind the curtain.

Remember Babylon 5? The creator had a plan...the whole five seasons were ONE big storyline - that was planned from the first day.
