Obviously from
the thread about musicians getting all butt-hurt over their music being used at Guantanamo Bay...
...We have a long history of using music for psychological warfare and sleep deprivation. There was the time in Panama, for example. Anyway, on with it: If you were in charge of 'softening up' the Orange Troop at Camp Gitmo, what specific songs would you use? YouTube links would probably be appreciated, if you have the time.

Hey, I was going to mention "HamsterDance" =).
As a mommy, I have some very specific songs in mind.
"Welcome to the Jungle Gym" by Mr. Saxophone.
Anything by KidzBop.
Anything by The Wiggles, Dora, Diego, Backyardigans... just watch childrens' tv or listen to childrens' radio for long enough and there's more than enough material.
Oh, and any JPop covers of anything originally in English.

Maybe not in the strict spirit of the OP, but the idea of those being played at Gitmo amuses me, and if anything it would p¤%$ them off
(Didn't one of the US prisoners in Baghdad spend a lot of time singing the Toby Keith song at the top of his voice?)

Might not sounds so bad, but trust me, after listening to it 4-5times a day for a week, I'd have told anyone anything they wanted to hear...

MacArthur Park. Both Richard Harris and Donna Summer versions. Really, WTF was Donna Summer thinking when she gave a disco beat to the worst song ever written. Seriously, someone left the (expletive deleted) cake out in the (expletive deleted) rain??????
