Being a jerk is always a bad idea, but it is an especially bad idea when a) you have no idea what you're talking about, and b) you choose to target someone who has the ability to completely break down your crap on her very own live show.

If all it took to "promote a healthy lifestyle," to "set a good example" was to keep everyone on-camera in shape, nobody would be fat. We'd all be Adam Baldwins and Katee Sackhoffs. Obviously, the audience's relationship to media is a little more complicated than that.

She does have a figure made for radio, and HD widescreen broadcasts are not her friend.
And if this is news to her, the last place she should be is trying to suss things out for the rest of humanity, as she fails the perspicacity test.
If she's too sensitive to hear about it, perhaps a job where she's broadcast (forgive the unintentional pun) to the world at large demonstrates a certain lack of forethought in her career planning, and an acute lack of appreciation for human nature, but her reaction does rather handily disprove the Jolly Fat Person Myth.

Those words, I do not think they mean what she thinks they mean.

She's apparently led a very sheltered life if she finds that e-mail meeting the definition of any of those words.

Speaking psychologically, not physically, she'd never make it through basic, let alone last 30 seconds in any flying or field intel unit, no matter how proud she is in how "thick" her skin is.

Bully is becoming the new Racist in replacing the word Fascist as meaning something you don't like with no regard to it's actual definition.
