In his latest video Lil Wayne repeatedly walks over the American flag.
Video footage shot over the weekend shows the rapper walking all over an American flag while shooting his new music video for God Bless America in New Orleans, 10News Scripps sister station WXYZ-TV reported.
The lyrics are in tune with the controversial act: "My Country 'Tis of Thee / Sweet land of kill 'em all and let 'em die / God bless America / This ole' godless America."
The stunt is getting negative attention online; viewers are demanding he respect his country's flag.

That pic of 308 Mike's appears to have a "Katrina cottage" in the background. IIRC, a BUNCH of them are in the lower 9th Ward. In fact, there a few for sale in Lafayette. I think they would make ideal college student housing. They are FAR better than the specialty "Katrina RV trailers" that are generally POS.

It's protected free speech.
So is printing rolls of toilet paper with his picture on every square.*
So get out there and celebrate the Constitution.
*(But somehow, I suspect sending the used squares to his fan mail address probably runs afoul of a postal regulation or two.)

I'd bet you would run afoul of trademark law. Maybe though if it was nonprofit in some fashion, or perhaps covered as a parody.

This is why I love the 1st amendment. It allows idiots to self identify.

Y'know, it would just never do for me to go to the doctor, and find out I have six months to live.

Satire of a public persona is Fair Use. Ask Tina Fey what that pays.
Lil Wayne, meet Mr. @$$crack.
And every minute of publicity such a frivolous cease & desist suit would generate doubles your sales revenues with free nationwide advertising you couldn't buy for million$.
BTW, the best way to, um, launch, such a product, even better than word of mouth, would be word of...well, whatever you call it when, f'rinstance, somehow all the patrons at a major sporting event found that someone had helpfully placed the Lil Wayne TP in every stall at every major league ballpark around about the middle of the second inning, perhaps helpfully on the 4th of July, because they knew how to use a paperclip to open those locked TP dispensers, and had a few dozen friends helping out with the promotion.
What a country!
