Heh. Glad I'm not the only one.... Yeah, I've seen those meme faces all over the place, but I still don't see the humor. Maybe at 46 I'm officially an old fart!

There's a bunch of different Meme's in this one.
The cartoon faces are called "raeg faces". People make mini comics with them using online image generator apps. There's a guide to the various faces and what they're supposed to convey.

"Trololo" is a recent internet phenomenom - it was originally recorded in the 70s in Russia. Here's the original. It's initial popularity in recent years was because of it's use as the "Russian Rickroll". It has since gone viral in the west.

The second piece of music is "Ridin" by Charmillion. It's lyrics "Trying to catch me riding dirty", is in reference to being caught by the police with illegal goods, notably firearms. It's mainly about "sticking it to the man". It became a minor internet meme with a bunch of people making image macros of people notably the old and infirm in a variety of vehicles, ranging from scooters to golf carts with the tag line "Trying to catch me riding dirty" in order to project a ridiculous mental image(old/sick people as gangsters). You can watch the original video here.
