Well, that's the beauty of the whole setup. We have both the pirates and the pirate hunters in our company.

First we have Chris Roberts and Star Citizen, now a remake of Elite. Wow, maybe the space "sim" genre isn't dead. It's just been in a coma all these years.
Years from now our children and grandchildren living in a 3rd world America will ask "What were you doing on March 21st 2010 and why didn't you stop it?"

I've been playing off-n-on since December.. Average of a couple hours a week at most, though I'm looking forward to trying out the changes in version 1.3 in a few weeks.

I bought the game a couple weeks ago, and I'm starting to get the hang of the tutorials now... I played the HELL out of the original, and I'm looking forward to many hours of fun, but life has been getting in the way of my gaming lately. I have the option to work tomorrow, but it's not mandatory. If I can get the thrusters mapped on my HOTAS-X, and figure out how to dock and launch, I may just stay at home tomorrow. Wish me luck!
