Can Rumpshot Get New Books?

Rumpshot, I have an acquaintance/Marine friend who recently put out a book (biography - Amazon.com), and if possible, I'd much prefer buying it through someone I know and can support than a large corporation.

If possible, I much prefer to financially support my friend's businesses than others, especially LARGE businesses which won't even miss my business, but will be positively noted on a small business (even if it's only a small tick for new orders).

Rumpshot, can you help me order this book (and if so, can you do the same for other books)? :P

Short answer, YES.

Longer response. You can get it cheaper locally or by ordering through amazon or abe than I can doing it for you.

We don't normally get new books from distributors/publishers because the quantity purchase requirements vs the sales don't make it economically feasible. I do with my "other" bookstore, but I have smaller purchase requirements and a better sales volumn.

We do order books online for some customers who are not computer savvy or will not use a credit card over the interenet. We normally charge the full cost of acquisition (purchase price plus shipping) and add on a $5.00 "service fee."
