Saw Captain Malcolm Reynolds yesterday

Was in Eugene yesterday for a concert and to visit my ladyfriend. We were walking down the street from the Ninkasi Brewery tasting room back to the car, when I saw what was, quite honestly, a particularly badass electric vehicle driving up beside us. Basically just a rollcage with two tandem seats in it, three wheels (two in front, one in back), and there may or may not have been a windshield.
In any case, I turned to look at the car, and realized the person in the front seat looked familiar. I mentioned to my friend that the guy over there looked EXACTLY like Nathan Fillion; about 2 seconds later I realized that was because it WAS him. I was unfortunately unable to get a picture. Figured it would be kinda rude to just walk up and ask if I could take his picture while he was sitting at a stoplight, especially since he had randomly started talking to the person in the car next to him.
So yeah, there's really no point to this story, but I thought it was cool anyway. We still have no idea why he was in town, and I realized that I haven't shown Holly NEARLY enough firefly, since she didn't recognize the name when I said it. That will soon be rectified.

Apparently he was here specifically to test that car. Looks better without the body, in my opinion. Also, they Tron'ed it out that night.
